How do I pay?
You can pay straight from any service page, or ask for a quote and we will send you a secure Shopify invoice link. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are accepted.
How fast is delivery?
Single thumbnails take 1–2 days. Videos and bundles take 2–5 days. Each service page shows its delivery time.
What do I need to send you?
For thumbnails: your photo, the video title and any ideas. For videos: your raw footage (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link) and any reference videos you like.
What if I don’t like the result?
Most services include revisions. Tell us what to change and we will fix it.
Can I get a custom package?
