Refund policy

Olso Studio is operated by Luminacart Group LLC. We provide custom digital services: YouTube thumbnails, short-form video edits, logos and branding. Every order is made specifically for you, so the following refund and cancellation rules apply.

Cancellations and refunds before work starts
You can cancel any order and receive a full refund at any time before we start working on it. Work starts when we confirm your brief and begin designing or editing. To cancel, email contact@luminacartgroup.com with your order number.

After work has started
Once work on your order has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Instead, every service includes revisions so you end up with a result you are happy with.

Revisions
Every service includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revisions cover changes to the delivered work, such as text, colors, layout, cuts, timing, captions or music. A completely new concept, new footage, or a change to the original brief is treated as a new order. Extra revisions beyond the 2 included can be quoted separately.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

No physical returns
All our services are delivered digitally, so there are no physical items to return.
