Shipping policy

Digital delivery only
Olso Studio (operated by Luminacart Group LLC) sells custom digital services: thumbnails, short-form video edits, logos and branding. Everything is delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical products, so there are no shipping fees, customs duties or tracking numbers.

Delivery times
Single thumbnails: 1 to 2 days.
Short-form videos and bundles: 2 to 5 days.
Logos and branding: as shown on each service page.
The exact delivery time for each service is shown on its service page or in your custom quote.

When the delivery time starts
The delivery time starts once your payment is complete and we have received everything we need from you, such as your photo, video title, raw footage, reference videos or brand details. If anything is missing, we will contact you and the delivery time starts once we have it.

How you receive your files
Finished files are sent to the email address used for your order, as attachments or as a download link (for example Google Drive or WeTransfer). Please check your spam folder if you have not received them on time.

Revisions
Every service includes 2 rounds of revisions. Each revision is usually delivered within 1 to 2 days.

Delays
If a delivery is going to be late, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.
