1. About us
This website and the Olso Studio brand are operated by Luminacart Group LLC, 5203 Juan Tabo Blvd, STE 2B, Albuquerque, NM 87111, United States ("Olso Studio", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you ("you", "the client") agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping (Delivery) Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Our services
We create custom digital content for content creators and businesses, including YouTube thumbnails, short-form video edits for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and logos and branding. The scope, price and delivery time of each service are described on its service page or in your custom quote.

3. Orders and payment
You can pay directly on a service page or through a secure Shopify invoice link we send you after a quote. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is required in full before we start work. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. What you need to provide
To complete your order, you must send the materials we ask for, such as photos, video titles, raw footage, reference videos, brand names and colors. Delivery times start only once we have received payment and all required materials. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and text you provide, including spelling.

5. Your content and rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all photos, footage, music, logos, trademarks and other materials you send us, and that our use of them to complete your order will not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your original materials. You give us a limited permission to use them only to complete your order.

6. Ownership of the final work
Once your order is paid in full, you receive full rights to use the final delivered files for personal and commercial purposes, including on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms. Drafts, unused concepts and our working files remain our property unless agreed otherwise. Fonts, stock assets or music that belong to third parties stay subject to their own licenses.

7. Portfolio use
We may show finished work in our portfolio, on our website and on our social media. If you do not want your project shown, tell us before or during the order and we will keep it private.

8. Revisions
Every service includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revisions cover changes to the delivered work, such as text, colors, layout, cuts, timing, captions or music. A completely new concept, new footage or a change to the original brief is treated as a new order and may be quoted separately.

9. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any order for a full refund before we start working on it. Once work has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

10. Content we will not create
We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund if no work has started) any order involving content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the rules of the platform it is made for.

11. No guarantee of results
We design our work to help your content perform, but we cannot guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, followers, subscribers, sales or other results. Platform algorithms and audience behavior are outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of channel performance.

13. Communication
We communicate mainly by email. Please keep your email address up to date and check your spam folder for our messages and deliveries.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
